Talk about strange? This weird woman from East China ran her car over a man and started dancing in front of him instead of helping the man.

Apparently this incident took place on August 10 when the woman hit and drove over a pedestrian before her car crashed, eventually coming to a halt.

This incident was recorded on the phone by a passer-by and has gone viral on the social media ever since.

The victim died on the way to the hospital and according to the police, the suspect is a local fortune teller and was faking a mental illness to escape the jail term.
