The Usage Of Excessive Technology Is Injurious To Health.

Mobile phones have literally changed the lifestyle of people and they are turning more introvert and living in a virtual world.

But, there is a reason why people were healthy before the technology took over the mankind. Too much of technology is actually injurious to health.

Sleep and cardiovascular health is affected due to extensive use of technology. Spending time in front of a cell phone, computer or mp3 device resulted in delayed and poor sleep.

All these factors leads to obesity, diabetes, hypertension, increased LDL (Low-density lipoprotein) and decreased HDL cholesterol, high triglyceride level, increased belly fat etc.

Now a days it is common to work late nights and start off early the next day. Which exposes you to more electronic light and this light emanating from electronics affects circadian rhythm of the body in major ways.

Therefore, try and minimise the use of technology as much as possible and instead increase the physical activity for a better health.
