Violence and physical abuse is the worst in any relationship, especially when you do it with people who are physically weaker than you. It’s terrible when parents beat the hell out of those little guys who can’t defend themselves, and get a brand new scar that’ll stay with them for the rest of their lives.
So basically, this dude beat the crap of out his girlfriend when she couldn’t do much to fight back.
Robert Porter, who pushed his girlfriend out of a moving car…while she was pregnant.
If you’re wondering why he walked, it’s partly because his girlfriend wouldn’t press charges. Yep, she’s still with him.
While people on Facebook are shocked that this douche-bag gets to walk and that too with his girlfriend sticking by his side.
David Lane, a passerby saw the couple arguing and exchanging blows in the car and witnessed Porter kicking the pregnant woman out of a moving car. She landed on her stomach knocked out cold.
Lane tried making a citizen’s arrest, but Porter tried punching him and threatening the man with a paint scraper before running off.
Porter pleaded guilty to ABH, dangerous driving, and possession of an offensive weapon. He received 180 hours of community service, instead of serving his 19-month prison sentence.
Porter’s lawyer said that “He is totally ashamed of the way he treated the mother of his two children.”
