There is a new discovery which helps you live longer and the best part is it that is applicable to everyone. Just a simple formula determines how many years you live. A research has said that the size of your waist should not be more than half of your height.
Once you are done with the calculations you can predict the life span.
If the waist size is half your height or lower then according to this research you would live upto 81 years.
For every inch over half of your height the months or years can be decreased from the life span. However this is not a completely genuine and predictions can go wrong. It is just based on some findings but irrespective of the research it is advised to maintain your health and waist size.
