Dishes prepared with egg is popular throughout the world as they are considered very healthy. It is common to store eggs in refrigerator or at room temperature.
But, a recent debate has emerged regarding its storage in refrigerator. It is being said that vitro insertion of salmonella in eggs is more successful with cold eggs. Measures have been taken for the protection of salmonella and in some cases the hens are vaccinated against salmonella.
A study shows that eggs should not be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours. The explanation says that- it is not possible to see if the egg shell is pathogen. In addition, one of the bad things about these bacteria that cause food poisoning is that they do not affect the taste, smell or appearance of the food. No one can tell if a chicken is infected with salmonella, it is possible that the eggs, whether they come from a store, market, and yards of their neighbors contain salmonella.
