Rude And Aggressive Condo Owner Confronted An OFW Who Is Spending Time With Family Goes Viral

This video posted by Mayuki Shichi and it shows a man who claims to be the owner of the whole condominium building confronted a family in the playgroud. He was enraged with no particular reason at the beginning of the video.

He was shouting to the mother of the family, saying that they have disobeyed the rules and regulations of the condo which confused the family. He got more furious when he found out that the family was not a unit owner but tenants. He somewhat belittled them for being just tenants saying “Ah di ka pala unit owner!…Ah tenant kayo. So kaya pala wala kayong book. Kaya di niyo pala alam yung rules and regulations. Kasi tenant lang kayo.”

This seemed to have angered the mother and asked the man what’s the real matter. Quoting from her statement, she said: “Ano po bang ginawa namin sa inyo? Nanahimik po kami. Nagbabonding po kami ng mga anak ko.”

The incident happened at the Gateway Garden Heights apartment building which is located in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. Here is Shichi, the one who posted the video, captioned the post:

Sa may Gateway Heights Regency po itong insidente… sa may playground area..

friend po ng mom ko yung myari ng condo unit at ngstay po. kme dun for 2 days and 1 night…

Siya daw ang may-ari ng buong condo building…

Gagawin niya lahat ng gusto niya sa buong building…

Mahirap lang daw kami, walang pinag-aralan, Putang-ina daw namin….

Wala daw kaming pinag-aralan… well check this….
