Aguirre claimed high-profile drug lords detained at Bilibid’s Building 14 have contracted a fellow inmate to assassinate him. The would-be killer would also come from the same building, home to notorious convicted drug lords Herbert Colangco and Peter Co. The Justice Secretary made the revelation on Wednesday, July 20, during his visit at the NBP to supervise and personally witness the deployment of 100 Special Action Force (SAF) members inside the country’s maximum security prison facility.
