Aside from her cosplaying, acting career in the entertainment industry, and PBB Big Winner, Myrtle Sarrosa is also a good student. Little did everyone know, that this teen actress is to graduate cum laude from UP Diliman with the degree of Mass Communication. She shared that education is her priority. In an interview with PEP, Myrtle shared that she is candidate for cum laude saying “Running for cum laude po ako ngayon sa U.P. Diliman and I’m down to my last semester. Yung grades ko po ngayon, for cum laude,”
Myrtle, after being a constestant in Your Face Sounds Familiar in ABS-CBN, she now stars at the teleserye Super D. “Never naman po akong nawalan ng project. Palagi naman akong binibigyan ng ABS, so nagpapasalamat na ‘ko sa kanila sa ganun.”
But she also shared that despite having projects with the said network, she doesn’t let it intervene with her studies. Quoting from her, she said:

She launched her debut album entitled “Now Playing Myrtle Sarrosa” under Ivory Records last Thursday at Packo’s Grill and Restaurant, Quezon City.
