Pakistani model Qandeel Baloch was quite a head turner in Pakistan. She was unabashed in her speaking and was famous for her shocking stereotype-shattering appearances on social media as well as music videos.
She rose to fame and made headlines after her announcement to strip if Pakistan won the World Cup T20.
This made Qandeel a target for the so-called moral guardians of Pakistan who often subjected her to online abuse and threats, and one of the most persistent threats to her was by her own brother. This was the very reason prompted her to move to Multan and keep her address a secret.
