Until last year Snapchat has not been so popular. Snapchat has been in 2011 which is a different platform from what we are used to seeing in Facebook and Instagram. Photos, videos, and personal anecdotes are shared and seen by friends and family at any time, as opposed to Snapchat where snaps of photos and videos can be seen for only one to 10 seconds before it becomes inaccessible.
One way the event can be saved is if someone screenshots the snap. One new trend in Snapchat are people breaking up in the most creative and pain-inflicting ways.
#1. Didn’t your mom ever tell you not to play with knives.
Because no message is important unless you use emojis to state your case.
#2. Carly Jae Repsen would really appreciate it if people actually sang the lyrics to “Call me maybe,” correctly.
Who uses these phones nowadays, anyways?
#3. Bad breakup! Bad ex-boyfriend! WORSE sister ever!
This is going to make for a very uncomfortable and emotional dinner-time talk.
#4. What did this person talk about that medication had to be involved.
You know a break-up is imminent when someone’s health is involved.
#5. That’s probably because you are taking things literally.
This guy does not need Snapchat, he needs to talk to a friend, counsellor, bartender. Anyone but social media.
