#1. Work slouch
If you sit exactly like this guy while you’re at your 9 to 5 job, you’ve got a lot to change about that posture
#2. Sit up!
Of course, you get bored and drained at work, but this position is only going to cause you back pain due of this posture.
#3. It really does affect you
What’s worse is, your back pain will become constant no matter how you sit or where you are. You will basically just bring home stress and dullness of your job in physical form.
#4. All wrong!
Slouching, hunching and even sitting in the upright position on your chair is completely bad for you. Yes, I thought the upright position is the correct way as well.
#5. The perfect position!
If you sit at a relaxed yet upright position like this, your muscles will be completely relaxed in every way. Moreover, who can actually sit in a 90 degree angle for 8 hours a day?! 100-135 degrees is the best way to go!
