Her assessment is just as vague as her ordinance,” SPARK Spokesperson Joanne Lim said. On Friday, July 22, the group filed a petition before the Supreme Court; asking the high court to issue a temporary restraining order on the curfew ordinances of the cities of Manila, Quezon and Navotas. The three-term vice mayor, on the other hand, expressed her approval for the continuity of the curfew.
