Facebook user Don Marc Dondon published on July 23 a status that highlighted the accomplishments of the different cabinet secretaries of the administration.
He quoted what seemed to be a common opinion of the 0.2% who do not trust the President (according to the recently conducted trust survey), that the government is only focusing on crime and drugs.
He lauded Sec. Manny Piñol for distributing hundred of millions worth of farm equipment, Sec. Gina Lopez for suspending big mining companies, Sec. Mariano for opening the gates of DAR, Sec. Bello who is currently addressing the concerns of Filipino workers, Sec. Tugade who is working to decongest NAIA, and other newly-appointed department heads.
Dondon reiterated that these officials have done so much in less than three weeks, and that they are the alter egos of the president.
“I am teary eyed seeing militants who used to burn effigies of former Presidents now painting murals of peace, aspirations and hope to parade during the SONA,” he said in his post.
He ended his status with a quote from K. Escleto: “When so much good is happening and you choose to create negativity, then you are the problem. We’re moving forward.” | ASCS - FNPH
