Vincent Isles, a lawyer based in Cebu City, filed the case against a certain Anrey Jay Nebres of Davao City for allegedly making the unflattering comments. In his complaint-affidavit, Isles said that Nebres’ reply to his original post — which criticized the president for not signing the Freedom of Information (FOI) executive order sooner as well as his promise to free former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo — besmirched his reputation and made him out to be a drug addict/pusher. “Vincent wala pa lage ka nisurender?
