He doesn’t have legs. And that said man seems to be homeless and was reaching out for alms to the people passing by.
At some point, 3 people roamed around him, suspecting him if
he really does not have the capability to walk. Then shortly after, one
of the people surrounding the man suddenly decided to take the beggar’s
shorts off.
Their true to their suspicions, the “disabled” man was in
fact not disable and was just hiding his legs inside his shorts. As many
more people gathered, curious to the commotion going on, the beggar
then to took off, getting away from them.
