According to the reports of Bombo Radyo Koronadal, the masterminds behind the attack that took the lives of 14 people are the Vice Mayor of Talitay, Maguindanao Abdul Wahad Sabal and his brother Montasir Sabal.
Based on the source, the two were said to be arrested in Cotabato City and is now taken to Camp Crame for further interrogation.
The information came from the bomb maker who was arrested. He revealed that the Talitay Vice Mayor and his brother were the people who planned the said bombing.
One of the angles that the people are looking at is that Abdul Wahad Sabal belongs to the list of the narco-politicians of President Duterte.
