Many women in their forties, have to face the first appearance of
wrinkles. In some women these wrinkles are less visible, and in some
they are more pronounced. However one thing is sure, every woman wants
to get rid of them. Wrinkles mainly happen on the parts of the body that
get the most sun exposure, including the face, neck, the backs of the
hands, and the tops of the forearms.
Wrinkles fall into two categories: fine, surface lines and deeper
furrows. If your wrinkles bother you, or if you’re looking to prevent
them in the first place, you have options. When it comes to fixing the
deep wrinkles you already have, you are not going to to find your
miracle cream in the department store aisle.
You’re just not. I don’t care what the Oil of Olay and Neutrogena
commercials tell you. These creams may temporarily plump up skin and
smooth out the finest of wrinkles, but not the deep wrinkles.
The first line of defense against wrinkles is prevention by staying
out of the sun. You can make a few lifestyle changes or try natural or
over-the-counter remedies to get rid of deep skin wrinkles.
The treatments may take a bit of effort, but you’ll save money and
avoid time-consuming and possibly painful visits to the dermatologist.
