Stephen Bassett, executive director of US-based Paradigm Research Group is “85 per cent sure Obama will make the announcement before he leaves office”. The 69-year-old has been lobbying the White House to release these details for 20 years and is excited about being “on the brink” of discovering the truth.

He told the Daily Express: “This will be a reality this year and across the front pages of newspapers across the world. We are going to get disclosure this year.
