Mum who REALLY doesn't look her age shares simple secrets for remaining youthful

 Ye Wen is a mum of one who many believed to be in her 30s
The battle with ageing is never really going to be won, but this youthful-looking lady is giving it her best shot.
Ye Wen has become an online sensation with people sharing images of her in bikinis because although she looks like she's in her 20s, the mum-of-one is actually 50 years old.
The fitness fanatic has kept the years at bay thanks to a careful regime of eating and exercising in the perfect way for her body type.

She credits taking up swimming at the age of 30 which sparked her interest in an active life.
Ye, who is from Xinyang City in Central China’s Henan Province, trains daily at her local pool and goes to the gym two to three times a week for two-hour sessions.

Ye has an adult son who is already working, and has been going to gym for 20 years

Earlier this year in March she swam across the Strait of Malacca - located between the Indonesian island of Sumatra and the Malay Peninsula - and her next goal is to cross the Han River in South Korea come September.

Ye's physique is even making people half her age jealous

She says she wants to have the body of a Victoria's Secret model and is hoping to look as good in a bikini when she's 80 , and has wowed commenters on Chinese social newtworking site Weibo.
